This happens far too much in the computer repair industry even at the big box companies. I have personally done sub-contract work for some of the bigger, well-known companies out there and have specifically been told that all repairs should last at least an hour and a half! This bothered me greatly and is one of the reasons why I wanted to start my own business. Denver-Computer does not overcharge and does not charge for unnecessary work. |
